Pancit is one of the traditional dishes in the Philippines especially when it comes to birthdays, fiestas, and other occasions. Even on simple occasions or celebrations, Pancit is always on the table. Pancit is often prepared for birthdays because some Pilipino believes that it symbolizes long life and health according to ancient Filipino superstitions.

Pancit is one of the delicious dishes in the Philippines that consists of meat, Pancit noodles, and vegetables. Pancit is also one the easiest dish to be prepared compared to other dishes. You can cook in just a few minutes.  

Over the years, Pancit has a lot of variations already such as Pancit Guisado, Pancit Bihon, and Bam-i. And one of my favorites is Pancit Guisado. It is very easy to cook and at the same, you can cook it in no time.
